Non-accessible content
The following content is not accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:

  • C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent text alternative serving the same purpose;
  • C.9.1.2.2 – Some pre-recorded audio content lacks synchronized captions;
  • C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed by page presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text);
  • C.9.1.4.5 – In some cases, images of text have been used instead of text alone and are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information conveyed;
  • C.9.2.1.1 – Some functionalities cannot be used via keyboard (or similar input interface);
  • C.9.2.4.1 – There is no mechanism to skip blocks of content repeated across multiple web pages;
  • C.9.2.4.2 – Some web pages do not have titles describing their topic or purpose;
  • C.9.2.4.3 – On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where navigation order affects meaning and functionality, some objects that could receive focus do not do so in an order that preserves meaning and operability;
  • C.9.2.4.4 – The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text or from the link text together with adjacent content;
  • C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality;
  • C.9.2.4.7 – Many interactive elements do not display a visible focus indicator;
  • C.9.2.5.3 – For some user interface components with labels including text or images of text, the name read by assistive technologies does not contain the text presented visually;
  • C.3.1.2 – Some web pages contain words in a language different from that declared in the HTML document without being marked for assistive tools;
  • C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components…) have incorrect or unset name, role, states, properties, and values, or users and assistive technologies are not notified when these change;
  • C.9.4.1.3 – Error messages are not perceivable by assistive tools;
  • C.10.1.3.1 – Non-web documents have information, structure, or relationships conveyed by page presentation that cannot be programmatically determined;
  • C.10.1.2.2 – Non-web documents cannot be used via keyboard (or similar input interface);
  • C.10.2.4.2 – Non-web documents do not have titles describing their topic or purpose;
  • C.10.3.1.1 – Non-web documents do not have the declared language;
  • C.10.3.1.2 – Non-web documents contain words in a language different from that declared without being marked for assistive tools.
